SAMPLE MEASUREMENT FORM

Tiffin Phaeton

There are a few areas on the Phaeton that require special attention.  These will require additional measurements.

NOTE: These panel numbers are a general guide, you may end up with more or fewer panels and this is okay.

Starting with the passenger side!

P1 is the panel behind the front wheel, Measure from the left edge up to where the wheel flare starts as shown below.

P2 through P7 are straight panels, measure the exact length of the doors

If you have a water heater door we will need additional measurements A through E.  See image below.  The measuring template for the bottom curve can be found here CLICK HERE

P8 is the wheel well panel in front of the rear wheels.  Measure the width the same way you did on the P2 (edge of panel to the crease)

P10 Is the wheel well panel behind the rear wheels.  Measure the same as the other wheel well panels.

P11 is the next door with a straight bottom

P12 is the rear angled panel, we will need measurements A, B, and C as shown below

for measurements B and C just hook your tape measure around the bottom of the door skin and measure to the top

Now on to the drivers side!

D1 and D2 are straight panels near the front of the coach

If your D1 has a door in it we will need additional measurements A through I.  See image below.

A Is measured from the left edge molding to the door opening

B is from the left edge molding to the right edge of the door opening

C is from the left edge molding to the wheel flare crease

D is measured using the template to the bottom of the opening

E is from the left edge of the door to the center of the left knob

F is from the left edge of the door to the center of the right knob

G is the overall width of the door

H is from the bottom of the door to the center of the left knob

I is from the bottom of the door to the center of the right knob

D3 is the wheel well panel in front of the front wheel, measure from the edge to the crease as you did on the other wheel well panels

D4 is the wheel well panel behind the front wheel, measure from the edge to the crease as you did on the other wheel well panels

D5-D10 are regular straight panels

D11 is the wheel well panel in front of the rear wheels, measure from the edge to the crease as you did on the other wheel well panels

D12 is the wheel well panel behind the rear wheels, measure from the edge to the crease as you did on the other wheel well panels

D13 is a straight panel

D14 will be another angled panel, please provide measurements A, B, and C as you did on the other rear panel on the passenger side.
