EXAMPLE MEASUREMENT FORM 45OPP
Tiffin Allegro Bus
There are a few areas on the Allegro Bus that require special attention. These will require additional measurements.
NOTE: These panel numbers are a general guide, you may end up with more or fewer panels and this is okay.
Starting with the passenger side!
P1 is the space in front of the entry steps, 4.5″ should be fine there
P2 is the panel behind the front wheel, measure from the left edge to the “crease” of the wheel flare. (see pic below)
P3 through P8 are baggage doors.
P9 is the wheel well panel in front of the rear wheels. Measure the width the same way you did on the P2 (edge of panel to the crease)
We will also need measurements for the light cutout on this panel. Please write in measurements A, B, and C as shown below
For measurement C you will need to use a measuring template
Refer to our docking light measuring instruction page for instructions and the template. Click HERE
P10 Is the wheel well panel behind the rear wheels. Measure the same as the other wheel well panels.
P11 is the next door with a straight bottom
P12 is the rear angled panel, we will need measurements A, B, and C as shown below
for measurements B and C just hook your tape measure around the bottom of the door skin and measure to the top
Now on to the drivers side!
D1 will be the narrow panel to the right of the molding
D2 will be the front baggage door
D3 is the wheel well panel in front of the front wheel, measure from the edge to the crease as you did on the other wheel well panels
D4 is the wheel well panel behind the front wheel, measure from the edge to the crease as you did on the other wheel well panels
D5-D10 are regular baggage doors
D11 is the wheel well panel in front of the rear wheels, we will need the overall width as well as measurements A, B, and C measured the same as you did on the other side. (measure A, and B from the left edge this time)
D12 is the wheel well panel behind the rear wheels, measure from the edge to the crease as you did on the other wheel well panels
D13 is the last panel, this is the width of the narrow area behind the grills
For grill cap measurements you must provide us with measurements A through E according to the diagram below.
