Wheel molding is applied AFTER the stainless.

Apply the wheel molding so it is butted up against the stainless armor, you may leave a gap on the inside (wheel side) of the wheel molding.

Use a self tapping screw on each end of the wheel molding.

In between the tandem axles you may either loop the molding down and around or cut it off at an angle as seen in these examples
