Please read through the “Generic coach measurement instructions” above and watch out for the special cases below
A few things to look out for when measuring the Essex
On the first panel D1 you may choose to cut the molding and install one piece (as shown below) or you may choose to install two separate pieces, one on each side of the molding. Please provide width measurements as necessary.
-Wheel well panels, you will measure full width. Measure along the bottom of the panel just before it begins to curve under the coach.
The strips under the rear grill will be two pieces. We just need the two measurements shown below.
The front passenger panel is in front of the entry steps, it can be one or two pieces, measure the same as you did for D1
-On the rear angled panel we need 3-4 measurements as shown below
A – horizontally across the door (don’t measure along the angle)
B – The distance from the top of the door to bottom edge of the panel measured at the rear edge of the panel (hook your tape on the bottom edge and measure up for best results)
C – The distance from the top of the door to bottom edge of the panel measured at the front edge of the panel (hook your tape on the bottom edge and measure up for best results)
D – If you have a door latch that will interfere with the stainless we will need a measurement from the right edge of the panel to the center of the latch (usually measured to the center of the key hole)
